Alvarez and Marsal appoints MD for India GCC

Global professional services firm Alvarez and Marsal (A&M) has appointed Sanjeev Narsipur as Managing Director with its Global Capability Center (GCC) in India. Based in Bengaluru, Mr. Narsipur will lead digital and technology strategy efforts for A&M’s clients globally, with a focus on scaling AI-led enterprise reinvention.

An industry veteran, Narsipur brings more than 25 years of experience advising Fortune 500 companies and mid-sized businesses across 25+ countries. His expertise spans digital and technology strategy, platform advisory, cloud transformation, and AI-driven innovation. He has helped organizations drive digital core modernization, business model transformation, and operational agility at scale.

Prior to A&M,  Narsipur served as Managing Director, Technology Consulting-Enterprise Platform Advisory and Global Technology Lead for Consumer Goods, Retail, Travel & Hospitality Industries at Accenture, where he led platform-driven transformation programs and helped build next-gen digital capabilities across industries.

In April, A&M appointed Shweta Jha as Managing Director in its Business Transformation Services practice.
