Primus Partners and Data Safeguard to help enterprises boost data privacy, AI compliance
Primus Partners has partnered with Data Safeguard to support organizations in managing privacy compliance and responsible AI adoption across India, the Middle East, and the United States. The partnership aims to help governments and enterprises prepare for emerging data protection mandates and strengthen their regulatory readiness.
The collaboration comes at a time when many countries are rolling out new data governance rules, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the Middle East’s Personal Data Protection Law, and global standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA. Organizations are seeking solutions that combine policy guidance with automation tools to meet these requirements.
Under the alliance, Primus Partners will integrate its policy and digital transformation expertise with Data Safeguard’s AI-driven platforms. These include the company’s CCE Responsible & Ethical AI engine and its ID-PRIVACY system. The two firms plan to help businesses streamline compliance activities such as consent management, data protection impact assessments, data discovery, and user requests related to personal information. They also intend to support the development of AI systems that follow global norms for accountability and transparency.
Nilaya Varma, Group CEO & Co-Founder, Primus Partners, said, “As digital ecosystems expand, trust and accountability must form their core. Our collaboration with Data Safeguard brings together cutting-edge privacy automation technology with deep public policy and transformation capabilities.
