Bengaluru-headquartered ANSR, a global specialist in building and scaling Global Capability Centres (GCCs), has unveiled 1Hub, an AI-led command-and-control platform developed in collaboration with ServiceNow. Touted as the world’s first AI-powered GCC operations platform,

1Hub aims to help enterprises establish, manage and scale their global centres with real-time intelligence and unified governance.
Purpose-built for the $50-billion GCC market, 1Hub brings together ANSR’s execution expertise and ServiceNow’s AI agent capabilities. The platform has already onboarded more than 10,000 users and is backed by ServiceNow’s investment in ANSR through its $150 million Ecosystem Ventures fund.

1Hub delivers an “always-on” operations layer that uses ServiceNow AI agents to automate HR, finance and operational workflows across regions. It also provides a unified control tower, offering centralised visibility into security, compliance and performance benchmarks for all global locations.

A key feature is its ability to bridge global and local needs—integrating enterprise systems of record with GCC-specific workflows to ensure global consistency with local compliance. ANSR says the platform allows companies to stand up fully integrated GCCs in under 45 days.

“AI is redefining how enterprises operate their GCCs,” said Vikram Ahuja, Co-founder and MD, ANSR. “1Hub delivers a single AI-powered command centre that connects global systems with local workflows, enabling enterprises to unlock agility, governance and better employee experience from day one.”

Built on the ServiceNow AI Platform, 1Hub uses agentic AI to streamline processes across employee onboarding, L&D, procurement, expense management and IT/HR support. Its GCC Control Tower tracks operational metrics in real-time and benchmarks performance against industry standards.

“As organisations move from experimenting with AI to operationalising it at scale, trusted platform partnerships matter more than ever,” said Ganesh Lakshminarayanan, MD & GVP, ServiceNow India. “ANSR’s new app showcases how customizable agentic AI can accelerate transformation.”

1Hub also acts as the intelligence layer for ANSR’s broader 1Wrk ecosystem—integrating insights from Talent500’s two-million-strong talent network, predictive hiring analytics from 1Recruit, and engagement intelligence from 1Connect. The platform uses continuous learning to improve workflows over time, positioning itself as an adaptive operating model for next-generation GCCs.

ANSR has helped build and scale more than 175 GCCs for global firms. Last week, ANSR partnered with the Gujarat International Finance Tec-City Company Ltd (GIFTCL) to promote the expansion of GCCs in GIFT City. The partnership, signed on 13 November, will support next-generation GCCs by leveraging GIFT City’s infrastructure, regulatory framework and talent pool. Both sides will run joint outreach and ecosystem-building initiatives to attract GCCs focused on technology, digital transformation and enterprise innovation.

Notably, Infosys on Monday unveiled an AI-first GCC model to help enterprises set up new centres and modernise existing ones into AI-driven operational hubs. The framework offers end-to-end support spanning strategy, entity formation, recruitment, operational readiness and scalable talent models. The IT major said the model is aimed at organisations looking to expand their GCC footprint or upgrade legacy centres to handle emerging digital and AI-led workloads.
