MapmyIndia and Zoho integrate location intelligence tools into Zoho CRM
MapmyIndia, and Zoho have announced an integration that brings MapmyIndia’s location-based tools into Zoho CRM. The collaboration enables users of Zoho’s customer relationship platform to access MapmyIndia’s Address Capture and Nearby Lead Finder features without leaving the CRM environment.
With the new features, Zoho CRM users can record accurate customer addresses through MapmyIndia’s database, which has been developed over several decades. Users can also view customer locations on a map, find possible leads in the surrounding area, and plan sales routes inside the CRM. These tools are designed to support sales operations by reducing manual address entry, improving field planning, and offering location-based context for customer outreach.
The companies said the partnership demonstrates how Indian firms can work together to build products that address domestic business needs. It also highlights the growing focus on data localisation and the use of locally developed digital infrastructure.
Both companies indicated that the integration is now available to Zoho CRM users across India. They expect the collaboration to encourage more partnerships between Indian technology providers that aim to develop software and services within the country.
