Happiest Minds unveils ELAIRA to enhance AI-driven enterprise support operations

Happiest Minds Technologies has introduced ELAIRA, a digital co-worker aimed at improving support operations in enterprises. The company says the system is built to handle routine support tasks, give quick responses, and maintain compliance in regulated sectors. ELAIRA is integrated with ELLIPSE 2.0, the firm’s operations intelligence platform, and is designed to support RUN environments across large organizations.

ELAIRA functions as a conversational assistant on Microsoft Teams and works in multiple languages. It supports L1 and L2 support teams through an Agent Assist feature that guides engineers during issue resolution. The system uses an agentic retrieval-augmented generation framework that produces responses backed by citations and can manage multi-step workflows.

The product is built for compliance with standards common in regulated industries. These include GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, and ALCOA+. Leaders can track service performance, compliance status, and operational metrics through a single dashboard.

As per the company, the platform can deflect up to 40 percent of Tier-1 support tickets and reduce handling time for L1 and L2 teams by about half. It can also raise First Contact Resolution by roughly 20 percent and reduce repeat incidents. The company states that these changes can lower total support costs over a multi-year period.

Joseph Anantharaju, Co-Chairman & CEO, Happiest Minds Technologies, said, “ELAIRA, which infuses AI into enterprise support, represents our commitment to innovation and leveraging AI in various phases of the software lifecycle management to deliver productivity gains to our customers.”

Sridhar Mantha, CEO: GenAI business services, Happiest Minds Technologies, added, "Our vision with ELAIRA is to create a seamless collaboration between humans and human-like digital assistants, ensuring compliance, speed, and intelligence in every interaction. This is the future of RUN operations."
