Mphasis, Nasscom strengthen startup collaboration to advance enterprise tech solutions

Mphasis has expanded its Sparkle Innovation Program by working with startups to develop new enterprise technology solutions. The program brings together startups, academic groups, and research partners to create and scale products for large organizations.

The goal is to combine Mphasis’ technology capabilities with external innovation and deliver solutions that address enterprise needs in areas such as automation, data management, and AI operations, the company said.

As part of this effort, Mphasis continues its work with participants from Nasscom’s InnoTrek initiative, which connects Indian startups with global markets. For the 2025 edition, the company selected five startups from the InnoTrek cohort, including Edgeable AI, Perpetuuiti Technosoft, QuoQo, and SuperBryn AI. Mphasis is offering guidance, product review support, and access to enterprise clients to help these companies refine and scale their technologies.

The collaboration focuses on four areas that are gaining attention in enterprise technology: running AI on edge devices, improving IT resilience through automation, managing contracts with AI-driven tools, and using voice-based AI to support operations. Mphasis plans to work with each startup on technical development, customer readiness, and market strategy, with the aim of creating solutions that can be adopted across global enterprises.

“InnoTrek enables us to explore opportunities to partner, share expertise, and extend support while continuing to strengthen our engagement with the broader innovation ecosystem. We value our ongoing collaboration with Nasscom on InnoTrek and look forward to engaging with this year’s startup cohort,” said Srikumar Ramanathan, Chief Solutions Officer, Mphasis.

“Programs such as InnoTrek exemplify the power of industry–startup partnerships, where enterprises and startups come together to co-create, mentor, and accelerate breakthrough technologies. Collaborations like these are critical for strengthening the deep tech ecosystem, enhancing innovation capabilities, and encouraging more startups to develop enterprise-ready solutions tailored to sectoral needs,” said Sangeeta Gupta, Senior Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer, Nasscom.
