TCS partners with Workday to offer human resource, financial management tools

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced a sales and services partnership with Workday. Under this partnership, TCS will now become authorised to sell, deploy, and support Workday’s comprehensive suite of solutions, including Human Capital Management HCM, Workday Financial Management and Workday Student.

This partnership will combine TCS and Workday’s domain expertise to help global organizations focus on human-centered design and AI strategies to build people-first experiences like employee onboarding, talent management and engagement, payroll processing, and AI-driven insights and recommendations.

TCS’ financial management services will facilitate the modernisation of finance operations by offering real-time visibility, data, and transactional efficiency with Workday’s solutions for financial management. Further, educational institutions that leverage the partnership can provide their students with a streamlined academic planning and registration process, embedded with communication tools.

In separate but related news, TCS has opened a new Gemini Experience Center (GEC) in São Paulo, at the TCS AI-Powered Research & Innovation Center. The GEC, which is located in the TCS’ innovation hub within Insper University in São Paulo, is designed as a dedicated innovation space to help enterprises in Latin America rapidly prototype and scale business solutions with Generative, Predictive and Agentic AI. 

The new center is part of the global expansion of TCS GEC. So far, TCS has launched 5 GECs in Bangalore, New York, Chennai, Riyadh and Singapore. These are part of the TCS Pace and innovation network, which connects startups, universities, and customers to the technological vanguard. In addition, TCS recently expanded its relationship with Google Cloud to Integrate Gemini Enterprise for Customers to drive efficiency and innovation. All these initiatives will empower Latin American enterprises with the latest and most advanced Gemini-powered solutions.
