Umesh Kumar Joins Incuspaze as Vice President – Information Technology
Umesh Kumar has joined Incuspaze as Vice President – Information Technology. In this role, he will oversee digital transformation, IT infrastructure, and IT-enabled services, while aligning technology strategy with the company’s expanding workspace and managed office operations.
Before joining Incuspaze, Umesh served as Head of IT Infrastructure at Smartworks, where he managed large-scale IT operations across multiple flexible workspace locations. Earlier, he worked as a freelance IT consultant, advising organizations in management consulting, IT/software, and BPO/ITES sectors on ERP implementations, systems architecture, and high-availability IT environments.
Lenovo India Appoints Amit Luthra as One Lenovo Commercial Leader
Lenovo has announced several leadership appointments across its India operations. Amit Luthra has been named One Lenovo Commercial Leader, effective March 1, 2026. In this role, he will work across Lenovo’s Intelligent Devices Group (IDG), Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG), and Solutions and Services Group (SSG) to drive integrated enterprise growth.
Luthra has been with Lenovo India for over three and a half years, where he played a key role in scaling the ISG business.
As part of the same announcement, Kaman Chawla has been appointed Director of the Consumer Business at Lenovo India. He will lead the PCs and smart devices portfolio, bringing over 25 years of experience, most recently as the head of Consumer Personal Systems at HP Inc. for India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.
Lenovo has also elevated Srinivas Rao to Managing Director, Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG), India. He previously served as Director of Presales for ISG.
Ramasubramaniam R Appointed Group Chief Information & Technology Officer at Ramraj Cotton
Ramasubramaniam R has taken charge as Group Chief Information & Technology Officer and Senior Vice President at Ramraj Cotton. He will lead enterprise-wide technology strategy, digital initiatives, IT governance, and scalable platform development across the group.
Before this, he spent nearly ten years at TTK Prestige Ltd in senior IT leadership roles, including Chief Information and Technology Officer, where he led SAP modernization, IT operations, and enterprise system scaling. Earlier in his career, he spent over two decades at Titan Company Limited, handling IT operations, manufacturing systems, SAP programs, and large transformation initiatives.
B. Venkatakishnan Given Additional Charge as CIO for Six Mahindra Group Companies
B. Venkatakishnan, Head – Shared CIO, Group Technology Office at Mahindra Group, has been assigned additional responsibility as Chief Information Officer for six Mahindra Group companies. These include Mahindra Aerospace, Mahindra Defence Land Systems, Mahindra Defence Naval Systems, Mahindra Trucks and Buses, Mahindra Construction Equipment, and SML Mahindra Limited.
Alongside his group-level role, he will oversee technology leadership, digital transformation, governance, cybersecurity, and IT/OT convergence across these businesses. Venkatakishnan has over 17 years of experience within the Mahindra Group and has led initiatives across digital manufacturing, automation, cloud adoption, cybersecurity, and Industry 4.0 programs.
Umesh Manathkar Appointed EVP & Chief Information Officer at Advanced Energy Industries
Umesh Manathkar has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Advanced Energy Industries. He will lead global IT strategy, digital transformation, and technology operations, with a focus on enterprise platforms, cloud, data, AI initiatives, and cybersecurity.
Prior to this appointment, Umesh served as SVP and Chief Information Officer at NetApp, where he led enterprise IT for a global workforce and managed large-scale transformation initiatives. Earlier, he was Corporate Vice President and CIO at Amkor Technology, overseeing IT operations across manufacturing facilities in multiple countries. He has also held CIO roles at Cree LED and Silicon Labs.
