Invincible Ocean, an Indian AI deeptech firm, has entered the Middle East technology market through a strategic alliance with Seed Group, an organisation owned by the Private Office of Sheikh Saeed bin Ahmed Al Maktoum. The partnership marks the company’s first international expansion and positions it to tap rising regional demand for secure, AI-led digital infrastructure.

As part of the alliance, Invincible Ocean will bring its artificial intelligence and blockchain portfolio, including its Roboi verification suite and real-world asset (RWA) tokenisation platform, to enterprises and government initiatives in the region. The solutions are aimed at strengthening digital trust, compliance, and operational efficiency across sectors such as banking, fintech, insurance, and enterprise services.

Through Seed Group’s ecosystem, Invincible Ocean will gain access to deep institutional relationships and a strong regional network, enabling faster market entry and engagement with senior decision-makers. The collaboration aligns with the UAE’s push to scale digital services while maintaining robust regulatory and security frameworks.

Headquartered in Delhi, Invincible Ocean delivers AI-driven solutions across digital onboarding, fraud detection, video analytics, and cloud-native platforms. Its capabilities include identity and document intelligence with face matching and liveness detection, vehicle and mobility intelligence, and white-label onboarding systems designed for rapid deployment. The company follows a cloud-first architecture aligned with global data protection standards and serves clients such as Tata Projects, Adani, Toyota, Audi, Skoda, Volkswagen, Maruti, Reliance General Insurance, and ICICI Bank.

“Demand for scalable and intelligent verification frameworks is rising as digital economies expand,” said Hisham Al Gurg, CEO of Seed Group and the Private Office of Sheikh Saeed bin Ahmed Al Maktoum. “Invincible Ocean’s AI-led approach to identity, compliance, and risk assessment aligns well with regional regulatory expectations and offers businesses faster onboarding and lower fraud risk without compromising security.”

The alliance is expected to support the UAE’s digital infrastructure ambitions and reinforce Dubai’s position as a hub for secure fintech and digital services, in line with broader MENA goals around regulatory technology, data protection, and cross-border digital trade.
