Wipro Enterprises Names Sandeep K. Vasudevan as Head of IT Infrastructure

Wipro Enterprises Private Limited has announced the appointment of Sandeep K. Vasudevan as its new Head of Information Technology Infrastructure, underscoring the company’s commitment to strengthening its technology backbone and supporting its ongoing digital transformation strategy.

In this strategic leadership role, Vasudevan will be responsible for shaping and executing the organisation’s IT infrastructure roadmap, with a focus on scalability, security, operational resilience, and supporting the enterprise’s long-term growth objectives. He will lead initiatives to modernise and optimise technology infrastructure, ensuring robust support for business functions across Wipro Enterprises’ diverse verticals.

Vasudevan brings over two decades of experience in IT infrastructure leadership. Prior to joining Wipro Enterprises, he held senior roles such as Associate Director – Information Technology at Livspace, where he was recognised for delivering significant business impact, and has also led technology teams at organisations including PharmEasy and Medlife.com. His background spans large-scale infrastructure management, team leadership, and strategic execution in high-growth technology environments.

Wipro Enterprises, the private multinational conglomerate founded by Azim Premji and operating across sectors such as consumer products, industrial engineering and automation, continues to bolster its leadership team to support its expanding business footprint and technology ambitions.

The company has made a series of senior leadership appointments in recent months. Anita Bhat-Zutshi was appointed Chief Financial Officer in January 2026, while Vikrant Gupta joined as Chief Human Resources Officer in November 2023. Kumar Chander is set to take over as CEO of Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting in February 2026, succeeding Vineet Agrawal. Other key appointments include Vikram GR as Chief Information Security Officer and Brijesh Singh as Global Head of AI at Wipro Ltd., underscoring the group’s strategic focus on strengthening finance, human capital, AI capabilities, and cybersecurity to drive long-term growth.
