HCLTech to deliver AI-led digital transformation for Team Global Express
HCLTech, an enterprise technology services provider, has partnered with Team Global Express to support a large-scale transformation of logistics IT operations using artificial intelligence. Team Global Express is a multimodal logistics company operating across road, rail, air, and sea freight in Australia and New Zealand.
Under the partnership, HCLTech will become the primary technology partner for Team Global Express, consolidating a previously multi-vendor IT environment into a single managed services model. The move is aimed at simplifying technology operations and improving coordination across business systems that support logistics planning, execution and customer service.
HCLTech will provide end-to-end managed IT services covering applications, hybrid cloud infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, digital workplace systems and IT service management. The engagement is designed to centralize control of enterprise systems while supporting day-to-day operations across a distributed logistics network.
A key element of the partnership is the deployment of HCLTech’s AI Force platform, which applies generative AI to IT service delivery. The platform will be used to automate operational processes, support compliance requirements and improve system responsiveness. The focus is on improving internal efficiency and service reliability rather than introducing new consumer-facing products.
