Circles partners with HCLTech to expand AI-led platforms for telecom operators

Circles,  a telecom software company, has partnered with HCLTech to develop and deploy connectivity platforms for telecom operators and digital brands across multiple markets. The agreement focuses on accelerating product development and deployment for Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) and Mobile Virtual Network Enabler (MVNE) platforms.

Under the partnership, HCLTech will work on engineering and platform development for Circles’ SaaS-based offering, Aspire. The work will include product engineering, platform integration, and the use of artificial intelligence across operations and service delivery. The aim is to shorten implementation timelines and support telecom operators and non-telecom brands that want to launch or scale mobile services.

MVNOs and MVNEs use circles’ platform to manage digital operations, customer onboarding, billing, and service management. HCLTech will apply its full-stack engineering and AI capabilities to improve automation and support managed service models. These changes are expected to help operators handle growth while reducing dependency on legacy systems.

“Circles Aspire is reshaping how MVNOs and MVNEs operate by making digital-first, AI-driven innovation the new standard. Our partnership with HCLTech significantly strengthens Circles’ ability to help operators, MVNOs, and MVNEs to launch and scale with speed, amplify their end customer experience, and move beyond the constraints of legacy systems,” said Sanjay Kaul, CEO, Circles Aspire.

"This collaboration will strengthen Circles’ digital capabilities, helping global telcos to modernize operations, deliver differentiated customer experiences and adapt to the rapidly changing technology environment," said Anil Ganjoo, Chief Growth Officer and Global Head of Telecom, Media, Publishing and Entertainment and Technology at HCLTech.
