Tally Solutions shifts TallyPrime cloud access to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

Tally Solutions, a business software solutions provider, has migrated its TallyPrime Cloud Access service to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, a move aimed at improving system availability while lowering infrastructure spending. The company said the shift has helped reduce IT infrastructure costs by about 30 percent.

TallyPrime is used by businesses to manage accounting, inventory, banking, and regulatory compliance. As customer usage increased and more users accessed the platform remotely, Tally Solutions required infrastructure that could scale without service disruption. The existing setup was no longer sufficient to handle growing demand while maintaining predictable performance.

By moving TallyPrime Cloud Access to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Tally Solutions restructured how the service is hosted and managed. The cloud-based environment enables users to access business data at any time and from multiple locations, while allowing Tally Solutions to control resource allocation more efficiently.

The company is using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Compute and Oracle Kubernetes Engine to run and manage application workloads. This setup allows automated scaling and reduces the need for manual intervention during peak usage. Oracle Object Storage is being used for data storage and management, supporting consistent performance and system reliability.
