Aurionpro expands multi-country transaction banking platform for Diamond Trust Bank

Aurionpro Solutions has expanded and upgraded its transaction banking engagement with Diamond Trust Bank (DTB), extending the platform across Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania. The move is aimed at supporting DTB’s corporate banking operations as transaction volumes grow across its regional network.

The upgrade is part of DTB’s broader technology program to standardize systems across markets and improve operational consistency. The bank has been investing in enterprise platforms that can handle larger scale, provide real-time visibility, and support cross-border corporate banking requirements. Payments, liquidity management, and reporting have been key focus areas as DTB expands its corporate and SME client base in East Africa.

Under the expanded engagement, Aurionpro has deployed an upgraded version of its iCashpro transaction banking platform. The system brings payments, trade finance, virtual accounts, and reporting into a single interface. This allows DTB to run transaction banking operations on a common platform across countries, reducing market fragmentation.

The platform is designed to improve straight-through processing and central oversight, while allowing local regulatory and operational requirements to be managed within the same framework. For corporate clients, the system provides unified access to transaction services across multiple countries, along with real-time reporting and controls.
