HPE appoints Sajan Paul as GM, Networking – India
Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) has named Sajan Paul as General Manager, India, for its networking business, as the company doubles down on AI-driven intelligent networking in one of its fastest-growing markets.
Paul will lead strategy, execution and growth for HPE’s networking portfolio in India, with a focus on enabling AI-led digital transformation across enterprises, telecom operators and the public sector.
He joins from Juniper Networks, where he was Managing Director and Country Manager for India and SAARC, overseeing regional strategy and P&L. Over nearly three decades, Paul has also held senior roles at Cisco Systems, along with stints at Nortel and Avaya, working on large-scale network modernisation mandates.
Progress Software names Girija Kolagada India Country Manager
US-based Progress Software has appointed Girija Kolagada as Country Manager for India and Vice President, HR Business Partnering for APAC, as it sharpens its India strategy around AI innovation and engineering scale.
Kolagada will lead India operations and strengthen the company’s Global Capability Centre (GCC), aligning talent strategy with its AI-led product roadmap. She brings over three decades of experience across global product-led tech firms, including leadership roles at Oracle.
She began her career at the Indian Space Research Organisation, and has led large distributed engineering teams and transformation programmes spanning technology and workforce strategy.
Myntra appoints former Google executive Pramod Adiddam as CTO

Flipkart-owned Myntra has appointed Pramod Adiddam as Chief Technology Officer, as it scales platform capabilities and expands further into quick commerce. Adiddam will oversee overall technology strategy, platform scalability and engineering execution, reporting to CEO Nandita Sinha. The move comes nearly a year after former CTPO Raghu Krishnananda exited the company.
Adiddam brings over two decades of experience building large consumer platforms, with prior leadership roles at Google and Instacart, where he worked on marketplace expansion and large-scale commerce systems.
The appointment marks Myntra’s second senior leadership hire this year, following the induction of Ritesh Mishra as SVP and head of category and revenue.
ITC Limited appoints Kallol Basu as Divisional CIO – Corporate
ITC Limited has appointed Kallol Basu as Divisional CIO at ITC Corporate, tasking him with leading and transforming IT across multiple corporate functions.
Basu will oversee enterprise technology strategy, IT governance, operational resilience and large-scale digital transformation initiatives. His mandate spans both stabilising core systems (“run”) and modernising platforms and enterprise architecture (“change”).
Prior to ITC, he served as CTO at a leading Indian PSU general insurance firm, driving enterprise-wide technology modernisation. His earlier roles include senior leadership positions at Cognizant, Accenture, and Tata Consultancy Services, where he led large-scale enterprise and ERP transformation programmes across global markets.
