Infosys, Incora partner to deploy AI in global aerospace supply chains
Infosys, an IT services provider, and Incora, a provider of innovative supply chain solutions in the aerospace and defense industry, have announced a multi-year collaboration aimed at deploying artificial intelligence across Incora’s global supply chain operations. The initiative focuses on integrating AI into enterprise systems that support aerospace and defense supply networks across more than 60 countries.
Under the agreement, Infosys will implement AI capabilities using its Infosys Topaz portfolio. The program will also use the EdgeVerve AI Next Platform to support generative AI-based services and applications. The project will focus on improving operational workflows, data visibility, and decision-making across Incora’s supply chain systems.
Incora operates supply chain services for aerospace and defense manufacturers, managing inventory, procurement, and logistics across multiple regions. The company’s existing technology environment includes several enterprise resource planning systems. The collaboration will focus on integrating AI tools into this multi-ERP landscape to support data analysis and operational planning.
According to Incora, the AI platform will allow the company to process operational data from multiple systems and apply automation to core supply chain processes. The objective is to improve forecasting, inventory management, and operational response across its global network.
Infosys will design and deploy the AI platform in a way that connects existing systems without disrupting current operations. The platform is intended to harmonize data from different enterprise systems and support coordinated decision-making across procurement, logistics, and supply chain planning functions.
Hari Kumar Rajendran, Executive Vice President of Global Operations, Incora, said, “This alliance allows us to apply advanced AI capabilities in a practical, enterprise-wide way. Together, we are building a foundation that enables Incora to serve our customers better today and adapt to the future of aerospace and defense supply chains.”
Jasmeet Singh, Executive Vice President and Global Head of Manufacturing, Infosys, said, “By applying Infosys Topaz and the EdgeVerve AI Next Platform, we are working with Incora to orchestrate complex, multi-system environments, reduce operational friction, and enable faster, more informed decision-making across its global enterprise.”
