Autodesk, Prestige Group partner to digitise real estate lifecycle

Autodesk, a software company focused on design and engineering tools, has entered a three-year enterprise partnership with Prestige Group, an Indian real estate developer. The agreement aims to deploy Autodesk’s platform across Prestige Group’s operations as part of a broader shift toward digital processes in real estate development.

Under the deal, Prestige Group will implement Autodesk Forma, along with tools from the Autodesk AEC Collection and Autodesk Construction Cloud, across its projects. The deployment is intended to connect design, construction, and project management workflows within a single digital system. The platform will be used across residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.

The partnership includes efforts to standardize processes and align digital systems across stakeholders such as consultants, contractors, and project teams. The companies said this approach will support coordination and data sharing across different stages of project execution.

Prestige Group will also adopt 4D and 5D project management capabilities at scale, integrating time, cost, and design data into project workflows. This is expected to enable tracking of schedules, budgets, and construction progress within a unified environment.
