Wipro-acquired tech solutions provider Mindsprint has partnered with global AI work platform monday.com to deliver integrated digital operations for enterprises.

The collaboration will combine Mindsprint’s domain expertise and digital platforms with monday.com’s work operating system to help enterprises automate workflows, improve visibility and drive decision-making through AI-led insights. The partnership is expected to target large enterprises looking to modernise operations across functions such as supply chain, finance and project management.

The move comes weeks after Wipro announced the acquisition of Mindsprint from Singapore-based Olam Group in a $375 million deal, alongside an eight-year transformation contract valued at over $1 billion. The acquisition is aimed at strengthening Wipro’s consulting-led and AI-powered capabilities, particularly in industry-specific transformation.

Mindsprint brings proprietary platforms and deep domain expertise in sectors such as food and agribusiness, along with capabilities in supply chain transformation and digital operations. The integration with monday.com is expected to enhance these offerings by embedding AI-driven workflow automation and collaborative tools into enterprise environments.

The partnership builds on a series of recent deal wins and acquisitions by Wipro to strengthen its AI and consulting-led capabilities. Alongside the Olam deal, the company has also signed an agreement to acquire select customer contracts from US-based Alpha Net Consulting for up to $70.8 million, gaining access to key clients and bolstering its application services portfolio. Together, these transactions are expected to add over $170 million in annual revenue and deepen Wipro’s presence in AI-driven and consulting-led services, analysts said.

The development reflects a broader shift among IT services firms towards platform-centric and AI-led engagements, as clients move beyond traditional outsourcing models to seek integrated, outcome-driven solutions. Industry analysts note that such partnerships allow IT companies to combine proprietary capabilities with global SaaS platforms, accelerating time-to-market and improving scalability.
