HCLTech and NetApp expand partnership for enterprise AI infrastructure 

HCLTech and NetApp have expanded their partnership to offer storage-as-a-service for AI and data-intensive workloads. The offering combines HCLTech’s Utility for Everything framework with NetApp Keystone, allowing enterprises to scale storage through a consumption-based model while addressing data governance, performance and compliance requirements.

Airtel Business and ITI partner on sovereign cloud, private 5G and cybersecurity

Airtel Business and state-owned ITI Limited will jointly pursue enterprise and government opportunities across sovereign cloud, data centres, private 4G and 5G, IoT, AI, LEO satellite connectivity and cybersecurity. Banking, public-sector and other regulated organisations will be among the target customers.

KPMG India and Zoho form enterprise transformation alliance 

KPMG India and Zoho have entered a strategic alliance combining KPMG’s advisory and implementation capabilities with Zoho’s portfolio of more than 60 cloud applications. The partnership will target mid-market and large enterprises through consulting, implementation, managed services, reselling and industry-specific solutions.

CaratLane moves finance and supply-chain operations to Oracle Cloud 

Tata-owned CaratLane has deployed Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and supply-chain applications to replace fragmented legacy systems and improve financial controls, inventory visibility and order management. The retailer operates more than 380 stores across 150 cities and reported 34% year-on-year growth in FY26. 

Leah, Oracle and PwC join forces to scale enterprise agentic AI

Enterprise AI company Leah has selected Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to scale its Agentic OS, while PwC will lead implementation and transformation services. The platform automates workflows spanning legal, procurement, finance and commercial operations. Leah expects OCI to improve performance by up to 30% and reduce cloud operating costs by up to 40%. 

IBM and Christ University open enterprise AI innovation centre in Bengaluru 

IBM and Christ University have launched an AI Innovation Center offering access to enterprise tools including watsonx.ai, watsonx Orchestrate and IBM Bob. It will focus on generative AI, agentic AI, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, automation and responsible AI, alongside research, training and industry collaboration.

Tamil Nadu investment push brings in Supermicro and digital infrastructure projects 

Tamil Nadu signed agreements worth ₹67,452 crore across 97 projects during the week. The investors include US-based server manufacturer Super Micro Computer, alongside large industrial investments from Daimler India, Saint-Gobain, Titan and Hinduja Group. Supermicro’s participation makes the package relevant to India’s expanding AI-server and data-centre supply chain. Reuters

Hinduja Group commits ₹2,500 crore to clean energy and digital mobility in Tamil Nadu

Hinduja Group plans to invest ₹2,500 crore across renewable energy, electric mobility, charging infrastructure and digital mobility solutions. Hinduja Renewables will explore more than 200 MW of solar, wind and battery projects, while Ohm Global Mobility will expand its electric-bus operations.

Salesforce and Tripura govt target digital skilling for over 10,000 learners 

Salesforce has partnered with Tripura’s Directorate of Information Technology to train more than 10,000 students, government employees, entrepreneurs and young people by 2027. Training will be delivered through Trailhead and cover CRM, business analysis and foundational technology skills. The programme complements Tripura’s proposed IT Park and AI Centre of Excellence.
