Delhi NCR-based lifestyle services marketplace FindYahan India Private Limited has raised an undisclosed amount in an angel funding round led by Karan Bajwa, managing director of Microsoft India. The company will use the fund towards technology, hiring and scaling up.
The other angel investors who participated in the round included Parvesh Bareja (director, HeliosPacks), Sunjay Kapur (Sona Koyo Steering), and Amanpreet Bajaj (co-founder, LetsBuy.com).
Founded in 2013 by Rachit Mathur and Snehil Khanor, FindYahan is a location based discovery platform for lifestyle services which connects skilled individuals and home businesses to their target customers.

It is a marketplace where anyone can register for free and look for service providers in their area. The company has also launched an Android application to aide users.
The category of service providers listed on FindYahan includes food service providers, domestic help service providers, wellness and beauty service providers, tuition service providers, event management and business service providers.
In the space, recently Gurgaon-based service discovery marketplace Near.in raised Rs 1.8 crore from some investors including Shaadi.com's Anupam Mittal, Prashant Tandon (CEO) and Gaurav Agarwal (CTO) of Healthkart.com and Manish Vij of ad-tech firm SVG Media.
