Customer engagement startup Customer360 raises funding from CCAvenue founder

Mumbai-based cloud-based customer analytics solution provider Customer360 Inc has raised an undisclosed amount of funding from Vishwas Patel, founder & CEO of payment solutions venture CCAvenue, as per a press release.

Founded by Mitul Thakkar, Onkar Bhosle and Mayuresh Shilotri in 2013, Customer360 had previously raised $500,000 in seed funding during its establishment from search engine optimisation firm eBrandz and CCAvenue.

The startup did not disclose the amount it has raised in the latest round, but it is learnt to be more than what it received in the seed round two years ago.

The money would be utilised to expand its sales and go-to-market strategy, Customer360's co-founder Thakkar said, adding that the company is also in talks to raise fund in a Series A round.

The company offers SaaS-based tools for video chat, screen sharing & mobile in-app support to power customer engagement, and also focuses on intersection of in-app mobile support & real time communication like video and screen sharing.

The startup claims to have a customer base of 400 companies, 1,500 agents and having processed 350,000 tickets and 20,000 chats to date. It offers various products like 360Video, 360Mobi, 360Chat, 360Screen, 360Desk and others services.

Its clientèle includes businesses like Infibeam, Housing.com, Netcore, Disney, Sennheiser and Samsonite besides both its investors eBrandz and CCAvenue.
