Healthians, an online platform that provides medical and diagnostic services at home, has reportedly acqui-hired Healthy Labs, which offers logistics support for medical diagnostics centres.

As part of the first acqui-hire deal for cricketer Yuvraj Singh-backed health startup, Healthy Labs’ entire team of 30 people will join the Healthians’ team. The value of the deal was not disclosed.

Gurugram-based Healthians plans to make inroads further south in the Indian market via inorganic routes such as acqui-hiring, which is more focused on leveraging the skills and experience of the employees rather than products or services.
