San Francisco, US-based global customer relationship management heavyweight Salesforce has rolled out Customer 360 Truth, a new set of data and identity services that enable companies to build a “single source of truth” across all of their customer relationships.

CRM companies are trying to come up with solutions that can help customers get all data on a single record. Salesforce’s new solution does just that with its customer 360 Truth. The solution  connects data from across sales, service, marketing and commerce to create a single Salesforce ID for each customer, the company said in a statement.

Salesforce claims that its product enhances data management across Salesforce apps and other systems, and provides instant access to consistent, reconciled customer data.

With Einstein, Salesforce is bringing the power of voice to every business, giving everyone an intelligent, trusted guide at work,” said Bret Taylor, president and chief product officer, Salesforce.
