A national Council of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) member, Rao has over 31 years of industry experience. He joined Infosys in 1986 and has since held several positions -- he has been the company’s interim CEO and managing director, head of infrastructure management services, delivery head for Europe, as well as the head of retail, consumer packaged goods, logistics and life sciences. He now oversees the key functions of global delivery and business enablement in the company.

Menon, with over 16 years of experience, is also a member of national CII. Additionally, she is on the national executive board of American Chamber of Commerce in India, part of the US-India Business Council’s India advisory council and a member of NASSCOM’s Executive Council. Menon is also on the board of governors at the XLRI School of Business and two non-profits — Pratham Books and Akshara Foundation. At Accenture, she is expected to build the company's business and integrate its overall growth strategy.
