Information Technology (IT) services company Tech Mahindra has partnered with business intelligence analytics and search software company, ThoughtSpot, to offer artificial intelligence (AI)-driven analytics for enterprises globally.
As part of the partnership, Tech Mahindra will integrate ThoughtSpot’s search and AI-driven analytics platform with its Virtual Analyst platform, according to a statement.
The partnership will help enterprise customers in several sectors, including marketing, supply chain and financial services, identify trends in customer behaviour, spot anomalies in product sales, optimize operations, manage costs and mitigate future risks, said the statement. The partnership will also help enterprises enhance agility, growth and productivity.
Through the partnership, customers will also be able to leverage Tech Mahindra’s advanced analytics platform SeeR. The company claimed that SeeR can search 85% faster as compared to legacy business intelligence / analytics technologies to create dynamic reports on their existing data.
TechMahindra signed multiple digital transformation deals with European companies. In February, it announced an end to end IT transformation deal with Telefonica Germany and IT infrastructure digitisation strategy deal with Nordic general insurer, RSA Scandinavia.
