Bengaluru headquartered digital transformation and IT solutions company Happiest Minds Technologies has announced a strategic partnership with cloud-based field force automation platform BeatRoute to solve revenue realisation for the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.

The partnership will allow CPG companies to automate and digitize their field sales and marketing workflows through BeatRoute’s enterprise SaaS offering, apart from Happiest Minds’ suite of products across machine learning, store analytics, sales process gamification as well as bots and social channels to drive sales.

“The current pandemic has scaled the need for automation and business driven technology implementation. This is where the Happiest Minds and BeatRoute partnership enters, by offering revenue realization solutions for the post pandemic CPG industry,” said Rajiv Shah, CEO, digital business services at Happiest Minds in a statement.

BeatRoute’s product claims to help its CPG customer with 30% sales uplift. The Gurugram-headquartered company offers solutions for FMCG, CPG and BFSI sectors.

“Too many CPG organizations have spent too much time trying to automate and digitize their field sales and marketing workflows. Our vision is to go beyond automation and help our customers achieve goal-driven sales transformation,” said Vinay Singh, CEO of BeatRoute, in the statement. He further added, “In this partnership with Happiest Minds, I see a perfect combination of technology and advisory that will take this innovation to a large number of customers worldwide.”

In March, Happiest Minds became a reseller and partner for identity and access management solutions company, Ilantus Technologies. Among its digital transformation deals, Happiest Minds recently announced completing automation of governance, risk management and compliance platform for Cutover UK, in partnership with regulatory technology firm, Alyne.
