CitiusTech, Cuemath make top brass appointments

New Jersey and India-based healthcare solutions provider CitiusTech has named Atul Soneja as its new president for Operations.

In his new role Soneja will focus on strengthening CitiusTech’s delivery organisation, including its corporate functions.

In his previous role, Soneja had served as the global head of EdgeVerve, an Infosys subsidiary that focused on AI and automation products. 

Prior to EdgeVerve, he served multiple roles in financial services, manufacturing and retail. 

Soneja has a close to 26 years of experience in the industry, helping build and scale technology products and services for IT companies.

In another development, Bengaluru-based edtech platform Cuemath has appointed former Swiggy executive Vivek Sundar as its new CEO.

The former CEO, Manan Khurma, will now serve as the chairman.  The new roles will be effective from October 1.

Sundar served as the Chief Operating Officer of Swiggy between 2018 and 2021.

Prior to Swiggy, he had worked with Procter & Gamble for a period of 20 years. He also served as the CEO of the consumer goods corporation in Kenya between January 2016 and June 2018.

Sundar, an alumnus of IIM-Calcutta, will be responsible for Cuemath’s business and global expansion.

He will also focus on pedagogy and developing Cuemath’s curriculum.
