Samsung has unveiled new updates for its Galaxy Watch4 and Galaxy Watch4 Classic models. The South Korean electronics giant claims that the users of the can now expect new improvements like ‘advanced interval training’ designed for any cyclist or runner, a new ‘sleep coaching program’, and new ‘body composition insights’ with these updates. In addition, the company is bringing a host of new watch faces and a new line of watch straps.   

Samsung had rolled out Galaxy Watch4 on August 11, 2021 at its ‘Unpacked Event’. The device is supported by Wear OS platform from Google.

“We understand the growing needs of smartwatch users, and are committed to guiding our Galaxy Watch4 series community on their unique wellness journeys with our latest update,” revealed Janghyun Yoon, Executive Vice President at Mobile eXperience Business of Samsung.  

“We are excited to continue this effort as part of our wider initiative to redefine holistic wellness through expanded experiences and new innovations,” he said.   

Samsung Health (a free application developed by Samsung) will also be providing body composition insights powered by Centr, a digital fitness program curated by Chris Hemsworth, to assist users transform their fitness. In addition, Galaxy Watch4 users will receive a 30-day trial for full and unrestricted access to Centr, Samsung said in an official statement.
