Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has announced its partnership with SAP India to provide a single view of its products, programmers & offerings to its customers for their personal and business needs.

By leveraging on the SAP Commerce Cloud, the state-owned petroleum firm is looking to create ‘seamless processes’ for customer on-boarding, ordering, payments, fulfilments etc., across omni-channels like mobile apps, websites, etc, it said in a statement.

BPCL claims that the digital transformation exercise will enable it to get a single view of customers across six business lines with the ability to cross-sell, upsell and build customised products and services for customers.
