Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced that its Intelligent Urban Exchange (IUX) and Customer Intelligence & Insights (CI&I) software will now be available on Microsoft Azure Marketplace.

Microsoft Azure Marketplace is an online catalogue containing multiple applications and services designed and optimised to run on Microsoft’s Azure public cloud.

The company claims that organisations can now leverage on CI&I software to ‘surface insights’, ‘predictions’, and ‘recommended actions’ and offer in real-time to improve ‘customer satisfaction'.

“Enterprises must go beyond transforming their technology. They must make a meaningful difference to the customers and communities they serve,” said Ashvini Saxena, Global Head, TCS Digital Software & Solutions. “This has made sustainable, customer-centric initiatives powered by AI a business imperative. TCS IUX and CI&I on Microsoft Azure will make it easier for businesses and governments to deploy exciting digital transformation initiatives.”

TCS revealed that CI&I customer analytics helps banks, retailers, insurers, and other businesses take advantage of AI, machine learning, and customer data platform capabilities to deliver hyper-personalised consumer and citizen experiences while protecting the privacy and ensuring consent.

Likewise, IUX helps enterprises and cities meet sustainability goals and elevate citizen and employee experiences by optimizing services and enabling infrastructure to respond to predicted and dynamic events in real-time, as claimed by TCS while making the announcement.

IUX modules include intelligent building energy, streetlights, transportation, water management, energy and resources operations, command centre, and workplace resilience, TCS said in a statement.
