Customer experience management firm Locobuzz has launched an artificial intelligence-powered response management capability called ResponseGenie. The solution will allow businesses to handle high volumes of customer inquiries and enhance customer engagement. For ResponseGenie, Locobuzz has integrated Azure OpenAI Services’ enterprise-grade ChatGPT technology along with its own AI models. It offers businesses the capability to streamline content publishing and engagement processes.

With ResponseGenie brands will be able to generate prompt, precise, and uniform responses that are in line with brand standards. It can also be used by social media teams to create better content quickly and efficiently.

ResponseGenie’s AI-powered response generation simplifies language, checks for grammar, adjusts tone and length, and offers translation in 100 languages. The company claims that the solution includes humans in the loop to take the final call on the content generated and make relevant edits.
