Deloitte launches initiative to guide companies on leveraging generative AI

Consulting firm Deloitte has launched a generative Artificial Intelligence practice to help its clients equip with strategic innovation and talent pool, and build a collaborative alliance ecosystem.

Deloitte’s Generative AI practice will serve as a guide to navigate through the risks, limitations, and ethical considerations of this landscape during the development and commercialisation of AI applications.

There has been rapid adoption of generative AI systems for different use cases in India, including chatbots, image generation tools, and visualisations tools. Against this backdrop, Deloitte is collaborating with its clients to integrate generative AI into their operations to drive user engagement. Deloitte’s practitioners will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for seamless integration of the technology and to ensure effective communication of complex AI concepts to stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.

Further, as part of the generative AI practice, Deloitte will also be focusing on building talent and upskilling. To this end, the practice includes a Generative AI Market Incubator which is run by a team of AI engineers specialising in developing generative AI pilot programs and proof of concepts. Deloitte will work in close collaboration with alliance partners to train the workforce and build their expertise in foundation models. The company will also tap its global teams and Deloitte AI Academy to bridge the talent gap.
