Anarock, a residential real estate services group, has announced that its proprietary sales acceleration tool, Astra, has officially received patent status. This means that Anarock now has exclusive rights to Astra and its powerful algorithms and functions.   

Astra has established itself as the go-to artificial intelligence tool for real estate developers, enabling them to achieve faster project sales results. This patent status further solidifies Astra's position as a definitive tool in the industry, as per the company.  

The impact of Astra on property sales has been significant, spanning 21 cities and more than 200 projects, the company said. Developed utilising consumer behavior data extracted from Anarock's vast database of over 5 million leads, Astra incorporates 74 distinct models to ensure its seamless adaptability to real estate projects of diverse scales, completion stages, and geographical locations.

Sunil Mishra, Chief Strategy Officer, Anarock Group, said, "Astra was created over a two-year period by Anarock and its data analytics partner G-Square Solutions. The Astra algorithm examines customer behavior data to produce highly accurate leads, increasing marketing effectiveness while significantly reducing marketing expenses. This pioneering SalesTech solution is now aptly registered with the Controller of Patents and a patent has been granted for innovative practices and processes under the category of a ‘System for Artificial Intelligence-driven Productivity Enhancement for Sales Management.’   

The company unveiled its AI-powered proptech solution, Astra, in July 2021. Utilising artificial intelligence and machine learning, Astra analyzes customer behavior data, offering valuable insights to developers about the preferences of potential buyers. These insights enable businesses to enhance their marketing campaigns, target potential buyers more efficiently, and ultimately drive sales. 

The tool also assists in segmenting customers based on their specific needs and interests. This segmentation empowers businesses to personalise marketing efforts, ensuring customers receive a tailored experience that resonates with them.
