Cognizant and ServiceNow have joined forces in a strategic partnership aimed at promoting the use of AI-driven automation in various industries, with the goal of creating a combined business valued at $1 billion.  

Cognizant has taken the lead as ServiceNow's primary launch partner for end-to-end observability solutions tailored for cloud applications across different sectors.  

To drive this initiative, Cognizant has established an internal ServiceNow Business Group, which will introduce AI-enabled solutions to clients, enabling them to optimise costs. The group's primary areas of focus will be operational effectiveness, improved user experience, and accelerated innovation.

In addition, the company emphasised that the integration of the Now Platform and ServiceNow's industry product solutions with Cognizant's domain expertise will enable clients to go beyond isolated decision-making and harness data across their organisation for improved business differentiation.
