Chennai-headquartered software firm Zoho has formed a partnership with PwC India to help medium to large enterprises in modernising operations and deliver higher efficiency. This alliance integrates Zoho’s product portfolio with PwC’s advisory and consulting services. PwC India and Zoho will jointly offer solutions like customer experience platform, custom applications, human resource (HR) tech, and financial management applications.

This partnership is an extension of Zoho’s larger strategy of leveraging its partners’ solutioning expertise to offer industry-specific solutions for enterprises.

“Our joint value proposition with Zoho marks an important step towards shaping the future of digital transformation, as we aim to offer the most relevant and agile transformation solutions to drive growth and success for our clients. With Zoho's robust product portfolio and our sectoral and technology expertise, we are in a position to empower organisations in their transformative journeys, delivering human-led, tech-powered innovative solutions,” said Vivek Belgavi, partner and leader – Alliances & Ecosystems, PwC India.

Zoho has a portfolio of 55 products in the space of customer and employee experience, custom solutions, and business intelligence, among others. Last month, Zoho announced that it has achieved over 65% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) in India in the mid-market and enterprise segments. The company said that the mid-market and enterprise segment now accounts for more than 50% of its annual recurring revenue (ARR) in India. Overall Zoho serves over 90 million users across more than 600,000 businesses.

Zoho Corporation is also expanding its India operations by opening hub offices in Tirunelveli and Madurai districts in Tamil Nadu as well as one in Uttar Pradesh, with a focus on smaller towns and cities, the company announced in April. In 2020, Zoho decided to follow a hub-and-spoke model of offices to cater to a distributed workforce, and as part of its 'transnational localism' strategy of being locally rooted, while staying globally connected.
