NIBAV Lifts taps Salesforce to enhance customer experience
Home elevator manufacturer NIBAV Lifts has collaborated with the software firm Salesforce to deliver an enhanced experience to customers.
With this partnership, NIBAV Lifts aims to integrate emerging technologies in the products for more efficient and convenient experience for customers, the company said in a statement.
Salesforce is known for its customer relationship management (CRM) solutions — a suite of integrated, data-driven software solutions that help manage, track, and store information related to a company's potential customers.
With this collaboration, NIBAV aims to equip its employees with Salesforce’s effective tools to work efficiently, make informed decisions, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Currently, NIBAV uses Salesforce’s cloud solution to manage sales processes, track leads and opportunities, and enhance the productivity.
Additionally, with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, NIBAV is improving its marketing efforts by engaging customers through targeted campaigns, automating personalised customer journeys, and delivering tailored communications.
Moreover, the data-driven insights can help NIBAV better understands customer’s preferences. It can also benefit from Salesforce’s centralised platform for managing partner relationships, tracking interactions, and sharing vital information.
Vimal Babu, CEO and Founder, NIBAV Home Lifts, said that we chose Salesforce as our CRM solution as it offered a wide range of products and solutions that could support various aspects of our business, including sales, marketing, customer service, and analytics.
“Salesforce is committed to supporting NIBAV lifts in exceeding customer expectations and driving efficient growth for the business enabling innovation and value for key stakeholders,” said Arun Parameswaran, Managing Director — Sales & Distribution, Salesforce India.
Chennai-headquartered NIBAV Lifts makes Technischer Überwachungsverein (TUV)-certified elevators and currently has four state-of-the-art manufacturing units and two R&D centres in Chennai. A TUV certificate ensures the safety of products and services of all kinds to protect humans.
The company also operates in various countries including Malaysia, Australia, Thailand, Mexico, Canada, Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, UAE, South Africa and Switzerland with 44 experience centres.
In May, Nibav Lifts launched its fourth manufacturing unit in Chennai's Akkarai with an investment of around ₹80 crore. Spread across 50,000 sq ft, the new unite is expected to double the company's manufacturing capacity from 300 units to 600 lifts every month.
The manufacturer has grown its revenue from ₹150 crore in 2021 to ₹400 crore in 2022 and has crossed the sales milestone of 1,000 lifts in Q1 of CY2023. Moreover, it is also planning to hire over 4,500 employees by the end of this year.
