Indian IT service provider Tech Mahindra has partnered with TOTSCo to develop a messaging platform aimed at revolutionising broadband switching in the UK telecom industry.

This collaboration also known as The One Touch Switching Company Ltd is aimed at revolutionising the UK telecom industry. The platform, designed to facilitate one-touch switching for residential fixed broadband and voice services, will be adopted by all UK retail communications service providers.

Built with a cloud-native architecture, the platform prioritises security, robustness, and scalability. Its seamless functionality aims to empower consumers, allowing them to effortlessly switch between telecom service providers, thus optimising both price and service selection according to their needs.
