CrowdStrike, Google Cloud join forces for advanced cybersecurity solutions

CrowdStrike, a cybersecurity firm, has revealed plans to expand its partnership with Google Cloud. The initiative is set to empower Mandiant’s Incident Response (IR) and Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services, utilising CrowdStrike's Falcon platform and Google Cloud Security Operations platform. 

The partnership aims at CrowdStrike’s Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR), and Exposure Management solutions. By combining AI-driven Google Cloud services and proactive threat hunting capabilities of Google Cloud’s Security Operations platform with CrowdStrike’s top-tier protection, customers can better defend against breaches across multi-cloud and multi-vendor setups.

Additionally, CrowdStrike has also announced that its Falcon Next-Gen SIEM now supports the largest ecosystem of ISV data sources among pure-play cybersecurity vendors. This integration allows seamless data sharing from various sources to bolster the AI-native SOC, empowering security teams with centralized insights for quicker breach prevention.
