Wipro launches decision support platform for cybersecurity

IT services firm Wipro announced a partnership with Zscaler to launch an AI-assisted decision support platform. Called the Wipro Cyber X-Ray, this platform aims to help CXOs in making better security investment decisions and communicate cyber security posture of the company to senior leadership and the board. 

Wipro Cyber X-ray also offers easy-to-navigate executive dashboard to visualise cyber risk posture, activate cyber initiatives, and deliver value to the organisation by helping to understand over- or under-investment in security programs.

“Wipro Cyber X-Ray helps top management executives make more informed decisions based on the intelligence provided and validates if the cyber investment is helping them achieve the desired maturity. The platform also provides security processes, strategy, and performance benchmarking to help enhance organisations’ cybersecurity posture,” said Tony Buffomante, Global Head of Cybersecurity and Risk Services at Wipro.

With many teams being asked to do more with less, we are pleased to collaborate with Zscaler to provide clients with a security management tool that provides visibility and enables efficient allocation of cyber investments, he added.

Notably, in May, Zscaler added ZDX Copilot to its Zscaler Digital Experience service. This AI assistant leverages vast amounts of data to provide instant insights into digital experience and performance for IT operations, service desk, and security teams. Users can interact with Copilot conversationally, asking questions to uncover trends and actionable insights. The company also introduced Zscaler Hosted Monitoring, allowing IT operations teams to monitor application and service performance continuously.
