Max Life taps Swiss Re to streamline customer onboarding

Max Life Insurance has announced a partnership with global reinsurer Swiss Re to implement Swiss Re’s Digital Health Underwriting (DHU) solution. The new system is designed to accelerate and improve Max Life’s customer onboarding through automated underwriting processes. 

Swiss Re’s DHU solution uses digital tools to analyze applicants' health records and lab results, allowing Max Life to deliver faster, automated decisions on policy applications. The real-time analysis is expected to reduce manual errors and shorten the overall application process for customers, the company said. 

The DHU integration will also expand Max Life’s access to health data, which will lead to more refined risk assessments and create more tailored insurance offerings. Max Life aims to use these data-driven insights to develop new products and better meet customer needs with personalized policies.
