Apexon Expands Leadership with New President and Chief Delivery Officer

Apexon, a Goldman Sachs-backed digital engineering and services firm, has strengthened its leadership by appointing Justin Marcucci as President and Bhavesh Mehta as Chief Delivery Officer.

Marcucci will lead the company’s commercial operations, with oversight of global sales, client relations, revenue strategy, partnerships, and marketing. With more than 25 years of experience in digital product development and consultancy, Marcucci previously served as Chief Digital Officer at Endava, where he contributed significantly to the company’s 2018 listing on the New York Stock Exchange. He also founded the digital agency Nickelfish, which was later acquired by Endava.

Bhavesh Mehta, now heading global delivery operations at Apexon, brings senior leadership experience from Eviden (a division of Atos Group) and Capgemini. His work has spanned multiple regions, including North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, across industries such as banking, healthcare, and insurance. Ajay Gupta Elevated to Lead SAARC Region at Netskope

Cybersecurity firm Netskope has promoted Ajay Gupta to Vice President and Country Manager for the SAARC region. Gupta joined the company in 2018 and was instrumental in establishing its presence in India. Over the past seven years, he has led expansion across major Indian cities including Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kolkata.

India has now become a strategic hub for Netskope, housing the company’s second-largest development centre. Gupta’s elevation comes during a phase of strong global growth for the company, which now serves more than 3,900 customers worldwide. (Read more)

Shipsy Appoints CRO and CTO to Drive Global Growth

Gurugram-based Shipsy has appointed Parvesh Ghai as Chief Revenue Officer and Kapil Kaushik as Chief Technology Officer to strengthen its global operations.

Ghai, who brings over 30 years of experience in digital transformation and business growth, has held key leadership positions at SAP, Oracle, and Wipro. At Shipsy, he will focus on driving revenue, expanding partnerships, and accelerating adoption of AI-powered solutions.

CEO and Co-Founder Soham Chokshi said Ghai’s industry knowledge and vision will play a key role as the company scales globally and aims to deliver advanced logistics solutions to more industries.

Kaushik joins Shipsy with nearly two decades of experience in scaling complex technology systems. He previously worked at Delhivery, where he managed systems handling billions of daily requests, and at Simpplr, where he oversaw the migration of an enterprise SaaS platform to support over 700 customers and 1.3 million users.

At Shipsy, Kaushik will lead technology innovation and infrastructure development. Chokshi said Kaushik’s expertise would help accelerate the company’s AI-driven technology roadmap and support its ambitions for scalable, global growth. (Read more)
