IT and managed services firm Mindsprint is aiming to grow its revenue two to three times by 2030, newly appointed CEO Suresh Sundararajan said at a press conference in Bengaluru on Wednesday. The Singapore-headquartered company expects to scale its revenue to $400 million, up from its current range of $100–200 million.

To be sure, Mindsprint, the in–house technology arm and captive (earlier known as Olam Technology and Business Services) for food and agri business, Olam Group, was spun out from the latter in 2023. It offers a broad range of services spanning enterprise technology, data analytics, cybersecurity, SAP transformation, and intelligent automation, serving customers in the food and agriculture, retail & CPG, manufacturing, and healthcare and life sciences.

Keen to diversify its client portfolio, Mindsprint plans to reduce its revenue dependence on parent company Olam from the current 90% to 50% over the next five years. Further, the company would be exploring both organic growth and opportunities to raise external capital from strategic investors.

Sundararajan, who is based in Singapore, was in Bengaluru along with chief technology officer (CTO) Sagar PV to announce its expansion plans in India. As part of the growth strategy, Mindsprint recently opened a new 87,000 sq. ft. facility in Chennai, featuring a next-gen Customer Experience Centre and Technology Hub. The company spokesperson said that similar expansion plans are slated for their Bengaluru office. Mindsprint recently opened offices in Sydney, Australia, and New Jersey, US, expanding its global footprint to bring delivery closer to customers.

“We’re building Mindsprint not just as a tech company, but as a force multiplier—accelerating how clients solve their toughest problems,” said Suresh Sundararajan, CEO of Mindsprint. “Anchored in India as our innovation nucleus, we’re expanding our client-facing presence worldwide and nurturing an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-first culture that empowers teams to co-create the future.”

Mindsprint recently launched its tech R&D facility called the Future Forward Lab. This unit looks at building IP-driven solutions and shipping AI-native capabilities.

“Future Forward Lab is where our AI-first ambition becomes real,” said Sagar. “We are not adding AI to legacy systems. Instead, we are engineering AI into the DNA of how businesses run. From autonomous trading to procurement intelligence and finance automation, every solution we build starts with measurable impact in mind.”

To be sure, Mindsprint has over 3,200 employees, with a majority based in India; Bengaluru and Chennai are two of its largest delivery centers, along with smaller offices in Pune, Delhi, and Mumbai. Mindsprint is planning to hire 200 employees in India every year. The company spokesperson said that they focus on hiring fresh college graduates and training them in-house.

Notably, the company also has a strong global presence in the US, UK, the Middle East, India, Australia, and Africa.
