NeoSOFT expands operations with new offices, plans to hire 1,100 tech professionals in India

NeoSOFT, a digital transformation and IT services company, has announced the launch of new offices in Mumbai, Airoli (Navi Mumbai), and Pune. This expansion is part of the company’s plan to scale its operations in India and strengthen its capabilities in areas such as AI, cloud infrastructure, and platform development.
As part of this initiative, NeoSOFT plans to hire over 1,100 professionals. These new hires will support high-priority projects focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI), machine learning, digital platforms, and enterprise solutions.
The recruitment process will align with the phased rollout of the new offices, which are scheduled to be fully operational by the end of this month.

The new office in Mumbai will add 400 seats to the company’s current capacity. The Airoli location will support another 400 employees, and the Pune office will accommodate 300. Together, these offices are expected to serve as key hubs for engineering and development work.
NeoSOFT will also establish Centers of Excellence in these locations. These centers will bring together teams working on advanced solutions in AI, data analytics, automation, and related technologies. In addition, the offices will host Global Capability Centers (GCCs), which will provide services to clients worldwide and support the company’s international delivery operations.
According to the company, the expanded footprint is intended to enhance its ability to serve a growing number of clients and projects, especially in emerging technology domains. The focus is on building technical expertise, improving delivery capabilities, and creating collaborative environments for innovation.

“This expansion is both a strategic and cultural milestone for NeoSOFT. It reflects our ambition to not only scale rapidly but also to invest in future-forward capabilities that will shape the next era of digital transformation,” said Nishant Rathi, Co-Founder and Director, NeoSOFT.
“These offices will serve as platforms for innovative solutions in AI, cloud, and digital transformation, empowering our dedicated teams to shape what’s next in tech for our clients in India and abroad,” said Nikhil Rathi, Co-Founder, NeoSOFT.
