Electronics solutions provider TVS Electronics has launched an AI-OPS infrastructure managed services (IMS) platform to help enterprises modernise and scale their IT infrastructure. It is named TVSE aikya.

Built from the ground up, the IMS platform offers a suite of services that include workplace services, hybrid cloud management, managed network services, and cybersecurity services. This platform will be available to mid to large enterprises to assist them in managing the end-to-end IT lifecycle to ensure efficiency in the total cost of ownership. It is enabled by an IMS Capability Centre in Chennai, which will act as the operational hub for IMS.

TVSE aikya will give access to technology features like Intelligent Monitoring & event management, Gen AI-enabled bots, omnichannel support for users, AI-enabled orchestrator with reusable workflows. TVSE has created tailored solutions specific to industries like Retail & Hospitality, Manufacturing, and BFSI. TVSE Aikya is built using open-source tools, thereby eliminating licensing costs, the company said.

TVS Electronics has a Tumakuru manufacturing facility in Karnataka, along with a 150+ seater Integrated Call Management Center (ICMC) that serves over 200,000 customers monthly across India. The company has partnerships with leading Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) from Italy, China, Taiwan, Korea, and Japan.
