Jeena & Company taps Salesforce for digital revamp

Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) firm Salesforce has announced a collaboration with Jeena & Company, an Indian logistics and freight forwarding firm, for a digital transformation initiative.
As part of the first phase, Jeena & Company is deploying the Salesforce Sales Cloud to enhance sales visibility and enable faster, integrated engagement across its logistics network. The platform will offer sales teams real-time visibility across every stage of the deal cycle, helping drive quicker closures and improve conversion rates. With a single source of truth for customer data through Salesforce Customer 360, Jeena & Company will deepen customer engagement and personalise outreach.
“We believe this collaboration with Salesforce is more than just a technology upgrade — it’s a strategic step in embedding agility, transparency, and intelligence into every interaction. We’re laying the foundation for long‑term innovation across our operations and client engagements,” said Ayesha Katgara, Head - Transformation Office, Jeena & Company.

“We are delighted to collaborate with Jeena & Company in their 125th year. This partnership reflects their trust in our platform and the power of AI-led transformation. The logistics sector faces increasing demand and a constantly changing supply chain, making real-time visibility more crucial than ever,” said Mankiran Chowhan, Managing Director & SVP - India, Sales & Distribution, Salesforce.
The logistics industry has seen a tremendous shift over the years due to technological advancements, and in recent times, AI is leading the league. According to a 2023 Gartner survey, AI will have the greatest impact on the supply chain industry through 2025, with presently only 16% companies using automation for better decision making and 21% improving transportation through AI tools.
