Technology infrastructure services company Microland has opened an AI centre of excellence (CoE) at its Bengaluru headquarters.

Microland has developed intelligeni, an AIOps platform incubated within the company. This platform enables enterprises to move from Automated to Autonomous Ops. The new facility is an extension of this initiative, aimed at further strengthening Microland’s capabilities in delivering solutions for clients undergoing AI-led technology infrastructure transformation. The AI-CoE will serve as the cornerstone for enhancing intelligeni’s Agentic AI capabilities and delivering the next generation of Autonomous Ops for enterprises.

“The inauguration of this Center of Excellence marks a key milestone in Microland’s strategic journey toward becoming an AI-first enterprise. It is a strategic investment toward deepening our advanced AI capabilities, shaping the next decade of technology transformation. This facility brings together our talent, platforms, and purpose to drive innovation at scale,” said Sam Mathew, President, Microland.

AI-CoE will showcase immersive AI-first experiences by demonstrating the Agentic AI capabilities of Microland’s intelligeni platform in action.
