U.S.-based customer relationship management (CRM) solutions company Salesforce, on Thursday, partnered with Jeena Sikho Lifecare, an Ayurvedic healthcare and wellness provider, to accelerate its digital transformation and enhance patient care.

The collaboration integrates Salesforce’s Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud with Jeena Sikho’s operations to streamline patient engagement, improve healthcare delivery, and expand access to holistic treatments through digital platforms. Key functions such as Virtual Outpatient Department (VOPD), call centre operations, medicine order management, and patient follow-ups are being unified on Salesforce’s AI-enabled platform.

The partnership, implemented with support from Salesforce Consulting Partner Quadrafort Technologies, has already delivered measurable results. Call centre response times have improved by 50%, the VOPD platform now hosts over 1,000 monthly sessions, and patient engagement across service lines has increased significantly. AI-powered health campaigns are reaching millions of users, helping scale outreach and improve treatment adherence.

The company is also exploring expansion in Ayurvedic education and practitioner training to create a network of self-reliant healthcare providers.
