Fulcrum Digital appoints Gulveen Kaur as Senior Vice President Insurance

Fulcrum Digital has appointed Gulveen Kaur as Senior Vice President for its insurance division. The move aims to strengthen the company’s leadership team and support its focus on digital innovation in the insurance sector.

Kaur has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance and IT industries across Asia. She joins Fulcrum Digital from Capgemini, where she managed delivery, client engagement, and operations for insurance and banking in Southeast Asia from Hong Kong. Earlier, she held senior roles at AXA Hong Kong, Manulife Asia, and MetLife, leading digital transformation, platform development, and core insurance modernization projects.

In her new position, Kaur will lead Fulcrum Digital’s global insurance practice. She will be responsible for strategy and execution across technology solutions, products, and services. Her focus will be on expanding the company’s presence in the insurance sector by using Fulcrum’s capabilities in digital engineering, automation, and AI-driven platforms.

During her career, Kaur has led multiple insurance transformation programs, including policy administration, distribution, servicing, cloud transitions, and process optimization across property and casualty, life, and group insurance segments throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
