This week (Nov 22–28), India’s enterprise-tech ecosystem witnessed a wave of high-impact leadership moves as organisations accelerated their focus on AI-driven transformation, cybersecurity modernisation, cloud adoption and digital engineering. Tech majors, including Tata Technologies, Inspira Enterprises and Arista Networks, among others, strengthened their C-suites, while traditional conglomerates such as Parle Products, Generali Central Life Insurance and GMR Group, among others, appointed new technology heads to steer their digital agendas. Inspira Brings in Swetha Srivastava to Lead AI & Data Practice
Cybersecurity firm Inspira Enterprises has appointed Swetha Srivastava as Practice Head – Data Analytics and AI. Based in Hyderabad, she will spearhead the development and delivery of Inspira’s data and AI solutions. With 20+ years of experience across Life Sciences, Financial Services, Airlines and E-commerce, Swetha has led large transformation programs and built advanced analytics capabilities. She previously held senior roles at Capgemini, Accenture and Infosys, bringing deep hands-on expertise in delivery management, AI engineering and strategic leadership.
Tata Technologies Names Anand Kumar Sinha as CDIO
Tata Technologies has appointed Anand Kumar Sinha as Chief Digital & Information Officer. Based in Pune, he will drive the company’s digital transformation, IT strategy, AI-led innovation and cybersecurity posture. Anand brings rich experience from Birlasoft, OCS Group, BARC India and Airtel, where he led global IT strategy, mission-critical platforms, IoT programs and multi-region operations. A well-known voice in the CIO community, he will focus on building scalable digital platforms, modernising infrastructure, accelerating cloud adoption and enabling business outcomes through tech.
Meta Infotech Elevates Ambrish Deshpande as CRO & COO

Meta Infotech has appointed Ambrish Deshpande as Chief Revenue Officer & Chief Operating Officer. Backed by two decades in cybersecurity, enterprise sales and global GTM leadership, he will lead revenue acceleration, delivery excellence, P&L growth and partner ecosystem expansion across regions. Ambrish has advised high-growth startups and previously co-founded Stack Identity (acquired by JumpCloud). He also held senior roles at Netskope, Symantec and Blue Coat, driving multi-million-dollar partner-led growth and global GSI alliances with Wipro, HCL, Deloitte, IBM, NTT and TCS.
Parle Products Appoints Sanjay J. Joshi as CTO
Parle Products has promoted long-time technology leader Sanjay J. Joshi to Chief Technology Officer. A Parle veteran for 33 years, Sanjay has risen from trainee to CTO, shaping the company’s digital backbone and IT modernization agenda. He will now lead Parle’s next phase of digital evolution—boosting automation, fortifying cybersecurity, modernising infrastructure and transforming manufacturing and supply chain systems. His earlier roles include GM & Head of IT and DGM – IT, where he drove digital-first programs and enterprise-wide process improvements.
Sachin Gupta Joins GMR Group as VP – Head of AI & Automation
GMR Group has appointed Sachin Gupta as Vice President – Head of AI & Automation. With deep expertise in applied AI, data engineering, cloud and intelligent automation, he will lead AI-driven transformation across GMR’s businesses.
