Protectt.ai appoints Nitin Talwar as new Global Delivery & Solution Engineering head

AI-based mobile app security firm Protectt.ai has appointed Nitin Talwar as its new Head of Global Delivery & Solution Engineering. This appointment comes as the comes at the time company is aiming to scale its delivery, enhance customer outcomes, and accelerate the adoption of its mobile security and fraud prevention technologies across global markets. 

In this role, Talwar will oversee the entire delivery lifecycle from onboarding and integration to implementation, support, and long-term adoption. He will focus on strengthening delivery processes, standardizing execution models, reducing time-to-value for customers, and ensuring that every engagement meets Protectt.ai’s benchmark for quality, reliability, and responsiveness. 

Talwar has over two decades of experience in digital transformation, technology delivery, customer experience, and large-scale operations. He has worked across sectors like BFSI (Insurance & Financial Services) and Technology domains, including enterprise software and IT services. He has led large-scale digital transformation initiatives and overseen end-to-end delivery across diverse geographies. Nitin’s expertise covers program governance, operational frameworks, mobile and enterprise application delivery, customer success, and building high-performing technical teams that consistently deliver measurable business outcomes.
